On this journey, I’ve traveled so far
An unknown destination with shifting tides
And heavy winds
Multiple attempts at sailing but eventually just drifting
Such a turbulent ride
The agony of dealing with the anxiety inside
But from Life I cannot hide
So, what can I do when the end is unknown?
When there is no roadmap
And no support to provide soothing
What can I do?
I can take the next step
I can keep moving
There is no quitting
I have passed the point of return, so I press forward
With the Spirit and the Will of a Warrior
What keeps you going?
Physical activity is my base. I believe Mind, Body, and Soul are One.
You cannot expect any of three to be at optimum performance if one or more of the three are neglected.
The body is the temple and I find that by caring for my body, I also keep my mind at its sharpest.
Keeping the mind sharp and body in shape provides a healthy environment for the soul.
